Sri Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu, Ex–Chief Minister of Gujarat, founder of Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu charitable Trust established Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village with a dream to encourage and support education in Gujarat.
Sri Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu, Managing Trustee of Bapu GKV, vision to start an educational campus with on par facilities and excellent infrastructure was materialized in 2009 to give the young lot of this part of the country a platform which gives them a learning edge and nurtures them into individuals to support in growth of economy of the society and contribute to the bright future of the nation.
2009
Establishment of Bapu GKV campus with Institutes of Engineering & Pharmacy affiliated to Gujarat Technological University
2014
Institute of Science affiliated to HNGU started
2015
- Institute of Law affiliated to Gujarat University was supplemented
- Conducted Zonal level GTU cultural Festival “Kshitij”
2016
- Commencement of institute of Commerce affiliated to Gujarat university
- Institute of Science Affiliation from Gujarat University
- Conduction of Zonal level GTU Techfest
- Started General Hospital and Ayurveda Clinic
- Job Fair inviting around 35+ companies with 1500 students attendance
2017
Nursing Institute with ANM Course was set up
2018
- Appended B. Sc. (Nursing) course affiliated to Gujarat University
- Job Fair for Engineering students inviting around 37 companies
- Established iOS applications training center “Mobinnovation- Center of Excellence”
2019
Introduced Medical Lab Technologist(MLT) course in Science institute
2020
Installed Big data Analysis Lab with the aid from AICTE
2021
- B Sc (Nursing) was supplemented with 20 more admissions
- Organized 14th Junior & Sub-Junior National soft tennis tournament with 500 players from 25 different states of India
2022
> Introduced Vocational course in Software Development (Diploma)in Engineering Institute
> Started 2 new courses Under GTU’s centre of continuing education
- REVIT in Civil Engineering
- PLC-SCADA in Electrical Engineering
