It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being. Let us work towards adopting an International Yoga Day. International Day of Yoga, or commonly and unofficially referred to as Yoga Day, is celebrated annually on 21 June since its inception in 2015. An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice originated in India. Keeping these ideas in mind, on 21th June, 2018, NSS team of Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Institute of Technology has arranged Yoga session in Bapu GKV campus. Where the faculties and students from Engineering, BSc, Pharmacy, B.Com, Nursing and Law took part.

The students really enjoyed and learnt many techniques and methods for performing Yoga. At the end every student agreed to convince that as the food is necessary for making physical cycle live, same way the Yoga is very much necessary for making physical as well as mental cycle live and vibrating.
